Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all consulting services provided by STZ OE LLC, a Real Estate Consulting company.

1. Scope of Services

STZ OE LLC provides consulting services related to:

  • real estate analysis,

  • strategic guidance,

  • advisory services.

No legal or financial guarantee is provided.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate information,

  • cooperate during the consulting process,

  • comply with payment terms (if applicable).

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under specific conditions:

  • requests must be made within 15 days,

  • the consulting service must not have been used or initiated,

  • refunds are issued through the same payment method.

Once a service has begun or deliverables have been provided, no refund is possible.

4. Limitation of Liability

STZ OE LLC is not liable for:

  • decisions made by the client based on consulting,

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • delays caused by third parties.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
