A client may request a refund within 15 days of purchase provided that the consulting service has not been used, delivered, or initiated in any way.

A service is considered “used” once:

  • a consulting session has taken place,

  • materials or deliverables have been reviewed with the client,

  • work has begun on the client’s project.

If any of these conditions are met, the service becomes non-refundable.

2. Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must provide:

  • proof of purchase,

  • the email used during the initial order,

  • a clear explanation confirming that the service has not been utilized.

3. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Refunds cannot be redirected to another account or alternative payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

STZ OE does not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The consulting service has already begun or has been delivered, fully or partially.

  • Work has been initiated on the client’s project.

  • The refund request is submitted after the 15-day period.

  • The client fails to provide the required information for verification.
